Main function is to supply DC 110V Mains Power to EMU. It is used for a place to store battery cells and equipped with a fan (Motor) according to types in order to discharge explosive gas which is generated during charging the battery even when the vehicle stops. It also has a current detector to monitor operation of fan motor and transmits its information to computer device in order to prevent possible explosive accident which might occur when the fan motor stops as the vehicle stops.
